2010 RESIDENT CAMP Summer Staff Application
Being a resident camp summer staffer at Deer Run Christian Camps is a unique opportunity to teach, encourage, mentor, guide, and lead children and youth through week-long camp experiences. If you choose Deer Run Christian Camps as your place of ministry for this summer, you will have the ability to positively affect student’s lives for the Kingdom of God. You will also gain unforgettable life experiences and make new friendships with other staffers.
Training week attendance is mandatory for all summer staff members and takes place the end of May/first of June. Exact dates and schedule will be given to you once you are accepted as a summer staff member.

Medical Staff Needs for Deer Run Christian Camps
During our 9 weeks of summer camp (day camps, overnight camps, and mission camps), we are in need of medical staff, preferably a registered nurse. Nurses are required to be currently licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee and be certified in CPR.

Lunch is provided for medical staffwho serve during day camps; meals and accommodations are provided for medical staff who serve at the overnight camps. Medical staff also receive $200 in Camp Bucks to redeem towards any Deer Run Retreat summer camp or annual event (Married Couples Weekends, Family Camp, Father-Son Adventure Weekend), or for a B&B room at The Lodge (subject to availability).
